Shipping within the US
Free shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders over $99. For all other orders a Flat $9.99 shipping charge will apply. Orders are processed on the day they are received and ship as quickly as possible. Transit times vary and average from 2-5 business days and may incur a delay from the carrier. Standard Shipping is via USPS, UPS and FedEx.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder since the email comes from our shipping portal. Sometimes it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated, by the carrier, so please be patient and rest assure your package has left our warehouse and it’s on its way to you and your furry friend
Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO, FPO : We ship to these areas using USPS standard or Priority mail.
UPS/FedEx shipments within the US : If order is received by 2pm EST, Monday - Friday, the order will ship that same day, if in stock. Delivery days are only Monday - Friday. Please note that weather delays may occur and UPS/Fedex do not guarantee or reimburse for deliveries delayed due to weather. PO Box addresses are NOT accepted by these carriers.
Changes to your order prior to shipping :
Please Email us at joel@bestonlinepetssupply.com or call 508-388-3380 to speak to a team member to confirm the change. Changes can only be confirmed over the phone or via email.
Discount codes:
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes or adjustments to it. Luckily we do offer many discount opportunities throughout the year. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter or use the code you received for a future purchase.
Incorrect addresses on order:
Please double check your shipping address, prior to completing your order. An incorrect address or missing vital information such as an APT or STE # will cause your package to be delayed.
Issue with an order after delivery: We strive to be perfect but we are human! If you have any issues with your order please let us know within 3 business days of delivery, so make sure you check all your goodies!
International Shipping
We do not ship outside the USA. Please do not reship our products outside the USA.
Return policy
We do not stock any product. All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Any request for a return and refund will be at the discretion of the manufactures return policy. This may involve a restocking change based on the manufactures policy. Some manufactures do not take returns and we must abide by those policies.
If the Manufacture does accept returns. Return Checklist:
Please email joel@bestonlinepetssupply.com to request the return address. Once returned, a full refund excluding the shipping charge will be processed. At this time, we do not provide return labels.
